SERVICES
We offer rapid testing in office for flu, COVID19, strep, RSV, mono, pregnancy testing, and urinalysis.
We treat acute illnesses such as bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia, flu, strep, ear infections, and UTI.
Primary care services offered include management of chronic health conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, chronic heart failure, and COPD. We also accept appointments for annual physicals, annual wellness exams for Medicare and Medicare replacement plans, and annual yearly GYN exams for women.
Good Faith Estimate
Our Good Faith Estimate allows cash pay patients to know what they will pay for the care they receive.

Lakeside Primary Care is owned by Aimee Kilgo, CRNP.
We have been proud to care for the citizens of the beautiful city of
Centre and Cherokee County, Alabama since 2018.
Our goal is to help our patients achieve optimum health through evidence-based practice to treat acute illnesses and chronic health conditions.
