Aimee Kilgo DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, CRHCP

Owner

Aimee completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UAH in 1995 and worked as a registered nurse for ten years in the post-surgical, ICU, and medical unit. She was among the founding team of nurses who helped launch the first cardiac catheterization lab at

Dekalb Regional in Fort Payne, AL.

In 2013, Aimee received her Master of Science in Nursing, and worked for five years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in cardiology, urgent care, and hospital medicine. In 2023, Aimee graduated with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama.

Aimee is happily married to Alan Kilgo, who is a small business owner in Fort Payne, AL. She is also an active member of the 1st Methodist Church in Fort Payne, AL.

Kathy DeCant MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, CDCES 

Kathy graduated from Gadsden State Community College in 1991 with an Associate Degree in Registered Nursing and worked 16 years caring for families in obstetrical nursing.

Kathy graduated from Samford University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2015. Kathy has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Primary and Urgent Care for seven years.

Kathy is married to Dan’l DeCant, a Registered Nurse in obstetrical nursing. They are blessed to have three children and five grandchildren. Kathy is an active member of Welcome Baptist Church in Ball Play near Hokes Bluff, AL.

Heather Combs MSN, CRNP, FNP-C

Heather obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northeast Alabama Community College in 2011. For seven years, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the fields of orthopedics, neurology, and emergency medicine.

In 2015, Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from Jacksonville State University. Subsequently, in 2018, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Heather has extensive experience in Primary Care, Dermatology, and Wound Care. She is an adjunct instructor in nursing at Gadsden State Community College.

Heather is married to Scotty Combs, and they have three children together. In her free time, she enjoys reading, engaging in outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. Heather regularly attends Happy Home Baptist Church in Henagar, Alabama.
