SERVICES
We offer rapid testing in office for flu, COVID19, strep, RSV, mono, pregnancy testing, and urinalysis.
We treat acute illnesses such as bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia, flu, strep, ear infections, and UTI.
Primary care services offered include management of chronic health conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, chronic heart failure, and COPD. We also accept appointments for annual physicals, annual wellness exams for Medicare and Medicare replacement plans, and annual yearly GYN exams for women.

We now offer DOT physicals for $100 as an exclusive service for our patients.
You will need an
appointment for this service, this service is not offered on Fridays.
We offer weight loss options as an exclusive service for our patients.
We now offer mental health therapy. This service is open to any patient even if you do not use
Lakesde Primary Care
for your primary care provider.
We accept most insurance plans, including United Healthcare, VIVA, and Medicaid.
